Punyisa Acacia is set to commence construction this April, marking a significant milestone in the development of Phuket’s newest luxury residential enclave. Spanning 38 expansive plots under the “1 Rai, 1 Villa” concept, the project has undergone comprehensive land surveys, ensuring optimal site planning and topographical integrity.

Infrastructure development is a key focus, with roadworks, drainage, and utility networks—including underground electricity and water systems—being implemented to the highest standards. This phase lays the foundation for a seamless build process, ensuring each villa benefits from correct engineering and uncompromising land preparation.
